01The background
A weekly reporting process spanning franchise submissions, reconciliation and head-office consolidation took a small team more than 26 hours every cycle — most of it copying data between systems that already had it.
02What we did
We mapped the real process (not the documented one), then rebuilt it as governed Power Automate flows with human checkpoints only where judgement was required. Exceptions route to people; everything else runs itself.
